Early Childhood Educator

Position: Early Childhood Educator (OSHC) – Casual
Qualification requirements: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Hourly Rate: $28.82 - $32.44 per hour + (25% casual loading)

One Tree c‑Verse Mundijong OSHC offers before school, after‑school, and vacation care program. This service uses our innovative out of school hours care program, c‑Verse (children’s universe). Fun and interactive, c‑Verse encourages children to explore different worlds such as Nature World, STEM World, and Performance World. c‑Verse encourages children to take an active role in their own learning and development, creating a world of imagination, exploration and discovery.

What you’ll bring and do:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or (ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Current and valid WA working with children’s check (WWCC)

- Clear National Police clearance (less than 6 months old)

- Demonstrated accountability and reflective practice

- Strong supervision skills, understands the NQS and relevant Learning Frameworks

- Experience and knowledge of working with children with diverse needs and personalities

- Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children

- Can identify and form cycles of learning for individual children and in a group
