The Opportunity
- Take full accountability for national performance, profitability, and market expansion.

- Spearhead growth strategy, driving both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
- Secure and negotiate key commercial agreements to strengthen market presence.
- Accelerate sales and customer growth across a multimulti-site operation.
- Lead cultural transformation to build an agile, performance-driven workforce.
About You
You are a dynamic and resilient leader with a proven record of driving commercial turnarounds and growth. You will bring:
- Demonstrated success in P&L leadership across large, complex, multimulti-site businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading turnaround strategies and growth initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure and manage major commercial partnerships.
- A motivational leadership style, able to re-energise and align teams to deliver with agility.
- A recognised degree, supporting your credibility as a strategic and commercial business leader.
- Experience leading national operations, with the flexibility to travel extensively.
