What you will do
- Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure the welfare and safeguarding of children in care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, in collaboration with multi-agency teams.
- Provide support and guidance to foster carers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines.
Requirements of the Social Worker
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration to practice within the UK.
- Substantial experience in frontline social services within the UK, working as a qualified Social Worker, demonstrating a robust understanding of child care law and procedures.
