As part of our ANZ Logistics Acceleration initiative—a cornerstone of our Global & ANZ Pet Nutrition digital first strategy—you'll help bring our integrated supply chain ambitions to life. As the Logistics Project and Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, people centric logistics solutions that drive efficiency, digitisation, and measurable business impact. between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fitforpurpose, user centric processes.Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations—someone who:Demonstrates practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust. Brings strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners. A culture that offers collaboration, leadership and rewards you for the role you play within Mars. This role is a 12 month contract position. For Melbourne based candidates - travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
