About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled property manager to manage a smaller portfolio of properties in the North West region, while this portfolio continues to be topped up with new business properties from the business development team. This trial position offers a unique chance to demonstrate your expertise and contribute to expanding our business with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the North West.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with renters, contractors, and stakeholders to provide excellent service.
- Support the business development team by managing newly acquired properties as well as provide leasing support.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and improved management efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Property Manager with a track record of managing property portfolios.
Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the North/West property market is preferred.
