As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
- Conduct workshops, design solutions, and support HRIS transformations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage requirements
- Provide expert consulting and post-go-live support
- Ensure solution quality and adherence to project governance
- Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Proven expertise in Core HR (Employee Central) and Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting/Onboarding)
- Experience in facilitating workshops and leading complex design discussions
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within agile environments
- Australian working rights

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Tertiary qualified in IT, HR, Business or related discipline
- Passionate about helping organisations transform their HR systems
- Previous experience working in consultancy
- A consultant who values excellence, integrity, and continuous growth
