About the role:

As a Heavy Duty Fitter with NRW, you will support the onsite team in scheduled maintenance, workshop diagnostics, and breakdowns on a wide variety of civil construction equipment.

About the Site:

Castle Hill is a gold site in the Goldfields, approximately 510 km north-east of Perth, 40 km north of Coolgardie, and 50 km northwest of Kalgoorlie. NRW has been awarded the contract by Evolution Mining (Mungari) Pty Ltd for surface mining at Castle Hill. NRW will provide earthworks initially, followed by load and haul, drill and blast (via Action Drill & Blast), and construction of supporting facilities onsite.

What we are looking for:

- Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Australian/NZ Recognized Trade Certificate
- Tickets and licenses (e.g., Forklift, Rigging, Crane) – desired
- National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- Minimum 3 years post-trade experience (MEM)
- Experience with CAT, CAT 777, 785 Haul Trucks, 250T Excavators, 16M Graders, D10 Dozers, and Water Carts
- Demonstrated behaviors aligning with NRW's values and safety standards
- A "can do" attitude and strong team commitment
