We are looking for exceptional talent to join our Mimco stores over the festive season. Mimco is a design‑led brand with an obsession for accessories, born in Melbourne with a passion for creativity, creating contemporary designs that empower individual style and self‑expression.
We require a flexible approach to working hours (weekends, shifts and late nights included) with full availability throughout October 2025 to January 2026 for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge and a seamless point‑of‑sale transaction.
- Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with customers.
- Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance with brand standards.
- Live and role‑model Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
