The Program & Development Manager role will support the management of programs and projects within the EWP.**Benefits:*** 18 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer after 6 months of service* Private Health Insurance Discounts* Gym & Wellbeing Discounts* Employee assistance program* Health & Beauty Discounts* Novated Lease for EV Cars**Duties:*** Assist in managing multiple projects within the EWP* Support the development and maintenance of program schedules and budgets* Assist in preparing program and project reports* Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities* Assist in identifying and mitigating program and project risks* Support the assessment of PDS Proposals* Assist in monitoring program and project performance* Support the coordination of prioritisation activities for Potential Projects* Assist in the preparation of Request For Proposal documentation* Support efficient access to Defence Sites and facilities* Assist in accurate reporting on aspects of the EWP**What you will bring:*** Baseline Clearance (or the ability to obtain this ie: Australian Citizenship) is mandatory for this position* A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline or a related field* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field OR a combination of formal education and experience totalling more than seven (7) years* Of those years, at least three (3) must be in roles related to Design, Construction, or Project Management* Experience in managing multiple high complexity projects* Familiarity with advanced program control techniques and integration methodologies* Demonstrated success in aligning program objectives with organisational strategic goals* Experience in the development and implementation of program-level budgets* Understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints* Proficiency in software applications commonly used in project and program management* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Experience in coordinating program activities and working effectively with stakeholders**What to expect from us:**As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
