AWS Cloud Engineer WANTED

We are looking for an experienced AWS cloud engineer to work on our location data intelligence platform improving performances, scalability and general infrastructure.
You will be involved in:
Leading analysis, architecture, design, and development of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
Providing technical direction and oversight to cloud implementation teams
Working as part of a team, to design and develop cloud data solutions
Gathering technical requirements, assess client capabilities and analyse findings to provide appropriate cloud solution recommendations and adoption strategy
Performing POC (Proof of Concept) evaluations for new technologies for use with the Cloud.
Performing analyses of Cloud service offerings and set up comprehensive test planning with the technical teams. Work to optimise the configuration per requirements.
You will be:
Responsible for development, lifecycle management of business critical Information Technology services to enable our applications to move to the Cloud.
Responsible for including IT Controls like logging and monitoring to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of Services.
Responsible in writing and maintaining tools for AWS services logic written in JAVA or python.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
Credible experience in the AWS cloud
Credible in DevOps role
Maximise the benefits of logging, monitoring, error tracking, and alerting; AWS CloudWatch preferred
Experience developing and deploying applications in Docker containers and scaling them in production; AWS ECS and ELB a big plus
RESTful service design, documentation, and implementation experience; AWS API Gateway experience preferred
AWS IoT Framework experience will be highly regarded
Leverage a successful balance between security, access control, and auditing capabilities in the public cloud; AWS IAM, AWS Config, and AWS key management preferred
Working knowledge of cloud storage solutions; AWS S3 preferred
Experience in deploying EC2 applications on multiple instances (PROD, QA, Test servers)
Experience in writing python code
Any AWS Certification or equivalent experience will be highly regarded
