What We’re Looking For:
• Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to support the elderly and enhance their quality of life.
• Reliability and Commitment: The ability to maintain ongoing rosters and provide consistent care to our
clients.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in personal care or a related field is essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to connect with clients, their families, and our team
effectively.
• Clearances: Evidence of a current Police Clearance and Unrestricted Driver’s licence. NDIS Worker
Screening Clearance will be advantageous.
Your Role:
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive living environment.
• Monitor and report on clients’ health and wellbeing, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with our care team to implement personalised care plans.
