Overview

As a Goodstart Educator, you will become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time; Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Pay: Up to $36.53 per hour plus Super

Responsibilities

- Work with a supportive team to implement learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Maintain safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child thrives and feels valued.

About Goodstart Oakhurst

- Individualized curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child’s needs, interests, and strengths.
- Resources: The centre is fully stocked with a wide range of educational materials to support creative learning every day.
- Centre size: 35 places; set in a local heritage building.

Requirements

- Cert III / Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
