The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to join our Business Advisory division in our Melbourne CBD office. This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates eager to kick‑start their professional career in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression. This graduate program commences in February 2026, giving you the chance to enjoy your summer break before starting your professional journey with us.

In this role you will:

- Assist in preparing financial statements and statutory compliance reports, including BAS, GST, FBT and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts

- Support the team in managing client assignments

- Liaise directly with clients and ATO and assist with general queries

- Work collaboratively with Partners, Managers and colleagues across the firm

- Learn to use accounting systems including APS, MYOB, Xero and other cloud‑based tools

What you’ll bring

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline

- Completion of CA prerequisite subjects (eligibility to commence the CA Program)

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and standards

- A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team
