This includes tracking, maintenance, compliance, and disposal. The role ensures assets are managed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with strategic and operational goals. Key responsibilities include:**Asset Lifecycle Management**Maintain accurate records of all assets Coordinate asset deployment, and disposal across regional and national sites. Ensure compliance with organisational policies during asset handling and disposal.**Inventory and Audit**Lead annual asset audits across multiple locations Schedule and oversee stock-take activities, including physical verification and system updates.**Compliance**Ensure sanitization and disposal processes meet security standards Collaborate to uphold physical and information security protocols.**Coordination and Reporting**Liaise with Field Services, Project Managers, and stakeholders to align asset activities with operational needs. Prepare and maintain disposal templates, sanitization certificates, and audit reports.**Strategic Oversight**Support transition planning and integration of asset management into broader service delivery models. Participate in workshops to streamline asset handovers and automate tracking processes.## A relevant degree in IT or a related field, along with industry certifications, will be highly regarded.
