WE’RE HIRING – Bushland / Garden Labourers
We are seeking physically fit workers to join our team on bush trail remediation projects along the NSW/ACT border.
Works commence around 1st October and will run for approximately 3–4 months.
These are casual roles with full-time hours.
About the Role
You’ll be working outdoors along fire trails in the Australian bush, helping to clear vegetation and maintain safe access.
Tasks include:
- Hedging and pruning
- Whipper snipping & mowing
- Chemical spraying (e.g. blackberries)
- Operating machinery & equipment
- General grounds maintenance & clean-up
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in garden or grounds maintenance
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Confident operating general grounds equipment
- Strong focus on safety & workplace health requirements
Requirements
- White Card (essential)
- Own PPE
- Physically fit with a love for the outdoors
- Previous experience as a grounds maintenance worker / garden labourer
- Own transport preferred
What We Offer
- $32.50 per hour + weekly pay + super
- Supportive team environment
- Full-time hours across the project duration
