This role will be an integral part of our Lab team and is perfect for someone with a background in microbiology or food science who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to ensure every product meets the strictest safety and compliance standards. Working across the Lab and the wider business you will flex your experience within the admin and laboratory function of our team. This role will work on our afternoon shift from 11.00 pm – 7.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

What you’ll be doing:

- Conducting microbiological and compositional testing on raw milk and finished products

- Reviewing quality test results and supporting timely product release

- Collaborating across teams to implement corrective actions and uphold quality standards

- Performing packaging integrity checks, antibiotic residue testing, and equipment calibration

- Supporting internal audits, documentation, training compliance and lab operations

- Communicating daily results with suppliers and escalating non-conformances

More About You:

We are looking for an experienced QA Technician who is ready to contribute to a healthier dairy future. We will be looking for your experience and skills in the following areas.

- Previous experience working in a Laboratory within the dairy industry is essential.

- Tertiary qualification in microbiology, food science, or a related discipline

- Hands-on lab experience with excellent attention to detail and process focus

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Willingness to grow with our business and be a part of a great team
