We’re on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager who crushes KPIs, inspires teams, owns sales and service, nails organisation and rostering, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing store.

- Parental leave cover - 12-month, until November 2026
- Sunday to Thursday – because your days off matter too

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Senior retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
