The Role & The Team

Reporting to the Sydney Aerodrome and Airspace Services Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating major change programs across the Sydney Basin, including Western Sydney International Airport, OneSKY, and Eastern Creek relocation. This is a 2-year fixed term contract focused on ensuring synergy across complex projects, driving operational readiness, and fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead integration and change readiness across Sydney operations.
- Manage cross-program schedules, risks, and communications.
- Act as a key interface between operational teams and change programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government, regulators, airlines, and community groups.

Qualifications & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in program management.
- Prior experience implementing and managing projects, including change management.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain an NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.
