As a Floor Manager, you support the management team by driving the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high visual and operational standards. The Role

- Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
- Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
- Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
- Provide an exceptional customer experience

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
