About Us:

At Belgravia Sports Community, we're dedicated to fostering community engagement through sports and recreational activities. We've been entrusted by Cricket Australia to facilitate Woolworths Cricket Blast programs in Victoria. We're actively searching for enthusiastic individuals to play a vital role in this endeavour.

The Role:

We are continuing to deliver Woolworths Cricket Blast programs across Victoria. This opportunity allows us to make a significant impact in the community by encouraging participation in cricket, particularly within CALD communities and promoting female participation through Girls Blast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver cricket programs outside of school hours, typically after 3pm for 1-hour sessions over 4 weeks.
- Encourage participation and foster a love for cricket in young participants.
- Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all players.

Program Locations:

- Programs will be delivered in various regions around Victoria, including Inner East Metro, Outer East Metro, Southern Metro, South East Bayside, Inner South East, South East Country, and other regions, during Term 3, Term 4 and into 2025.

Requirements:

- Passion for cricket and community engagement.
- Experience in coaching or teaching, particularly with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Availability to deliver programs as per the schedule.
