Local HR/HC Driver - Various locations from Cairns to Brisbane

About This Opportunity

Hired Labour is pleased to be partnering with Blenners Transport in the recruitment of this key role.

Blenners Transport is seeking a motivated Local HR/HC Pickup & Delivery Driver to support our urban freight operations at various depot locations across Queensland. In this role, you will safely pick up and deliver palletised freight, complete manual loading and unloading where required, and provide excellent customer service at delivery points. This position offers stable work with a respected transport operator, and the opportunity to transition from casual to permanent for the right person.

Position Requirements

- HR or HC licence (MC desirable)
- Assessing Fitness to Drive Medical or willingness to obtain
- Forklift licence preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability and physical capability
- Customer-focused approach and safety-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver palletised freight safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-start checks and comply with WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Perform basic manual handling when required
- Maintain a professional attitude and reliable service
