Specsavers are on the lookout for expressions of interest from Optometrists and Retailers looking to take the next step in their career and to join the brand as a Joint Venture Partner at our brand-new store in Parkes, New South Wales. Successful applicants will receive Specsavers’ award-winning support in building up their business, including team recruitment support and end-to-end financing on new stores.

Named after the father of Australian Federation, Parkes is a charming heritage town in Country NSW that first gained fame for its iconic radio telescope, which played a pivotal role in broadcasting the moon landing. Today, Parkes is equally renowned for its vibrant community spirit and the annual Elvis Festival, which draws thousands of fans from across the country. This friendly and family-oriented regional town offers an affordable lifestyle, with a strong sense of community and a relaxed pace of life. With strong transport links, including a regional airport offering regular flights to Sydney, Parkes strikes an ideal blend of country charm and accessibility.

Specsavers Parkes will be a new site offering the newest store features including optical test rooms, pre-test rooms, dispensing desks, state-of-the-art equipment including OCT, and the latest Specsavers fit out with digital displays and illuminated shelving. The store demographic would offer the successful candidate an amazing opportunity to experience a variety of pathology and really make positive impact in the local community.
