CEI Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Accountant to join our team on permanent full-time position. Based in our office in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, this role will play a pivotal role in our finance team, reporting to the Commercial Manager and the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables processes.

• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Oversee banking operations and ensure accurate monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.

• Prepare statutory reports including BAS, PAYG, and Superannuation.

• Actively participate in financial meetings with the Managing Directors.

• Review payroll preparation and payments.

• Supervise inventory management.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience in Australia.

• Analytical Skills: Acute analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Communication: Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Pronto (experience with MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is advantageous) and MS Office Suite.
