You'll oversee field operations and focus on installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing electronic devices at merchant sites in your assigned region. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organization with a great culture that focuses on maintaining our employees' work life-balance.**Location:** You will be based in Victoria, British Columbia, and will work onsite at our merchant's location.**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Team Lead, Field Operations.## Your Moneris Career - What you'll do* Troubleshoot problems related to several equipment and peripherals such as computers, printers, networks, cash registers and points-of-sale systems.* Analyze problems and make recommendations to causes and corrective actions and always ensure that our merchants are satisfied with the issue resolution.* Install computers, printers, cash registers and points-of-sale systems and upgrade software.* Develop and maintain great relationships with our merchants.* Maintain organization of tools, equipment, materials, the company vehicle and the workplace.## Your Moneris Career - What you bring* Post-secondary education in electronics, information technology or a related technical field.
