We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Northside Team Leader & Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 140 properties in our North and East Brisbane properties and as well as be a Team Leader to 2 of our Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management | Tenant Relations | Owner Relations | Leasing and Marketing

- Retention of management and letting rights for properties under management

- Ensure all staff are meeting or exceeding KPI's and service standards

- Maintaining strong relationships with Body Corporate Committees to safeguard Azure Living's management rights interests

- Oversee major decisions and ensure that team members implement their portfolio objectives and work plans

- Introduction to pre-settlement stage and communicate to owners throughout letting process

- Promptly attending to maintenance issues, coordinate and attend ratification

- Respond to owner and tenant requests as a priority

About You

- Real Estate Registration certificate or Full Licence [Mandatory]

- 5 years Property Management experience [Mandatory]

- 5 years experience leading a team [Mandatory]

- Manage beautiful well-maintained terraces with a well known property developer

- Your supportive team consists of fellow Property Managers, onsite Team Leader, virtual assistants, Leasing Manager and Head of Department

- Competitive salary + car allowance

- Office based role with 1 day work from home per week [Tuesdays], following successful probation period

- Quarterly team events to reward teams and encourage inter-department collaboration
