We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to providedaily support to our residents at Bethanie Dalyellup Aged CareHome. Bethanie Dalyellup is our newest site, with 120 beds acrosssix small houses providing 24 hour care for people with diverseneeds including dementia, palliative care and high carerequirements.

You will support our residents to improve their quality of lifeby assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety andwellbeing is maintained while building positive and professionalrelationships with residents and team members.

Preference will be given to applicants who are available tocommit to at least three shifts per week on a permanent basis, withmorning, afternoon and night shifts available across week days andweekends.

Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support weprovide to our residents. Applicants with at least twelve monthsexperience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

About You

- Previous experience working in an aged care or hospitalenvironment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team and also independently
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of TheBethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one)

The Role

- Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs aremet
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care,domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safemanner
- Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting andshowering) with dignity and respect
- Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environmentis maintained to an appropriate standard
