Join our Sustainability team within the Funding & Markets Division (FMD) to support key initiatives like our green bond program and integrate sustainability across the business. You'll identify and communicate sustainable investment trends impacting QTC and its clients, working closely with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

- Sustainable Bond Program:Identify suitable assets for inclusion, collect financial and impact data.
- Sustainability Integration:Support business units in implementing sustainability strategies and reporting.
- Reporting:Contribute to sustainability reports, including the Queensland Sustainability Report.
- Market Insights:Identify emerging trends and benchmark against peers.
- Stakeholder Alignment:Provide accurate sustainability information to stakeholders, especially investors.

Competencies:

- Technical:Understanding of sustainability concepts, experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, strong communication skills.
- Behavioural:Proactive, strong relationship management, integrity, and professionalism.
- Leadership:Build trust, engage with stakeholders, and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Essential:Degree or equivalent in sustainable finance, environmental science, or related field.
- Desirable:Certification in sustainability.

Experience:

- Essential:5+ years in sustainable finance, management, reporting, consultancy, or engineering.
- Desirable: Experience with green bonds, sustainability frameworks, financial services, transport, or renewable energy.
