About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume community store in remote Queensland. This role is more than a job—it is a chance to make a real impact by supporting and working alongside local Indigenous communities while living and working in a unique part of Australia.
This opportunity is also open to management couples with dual roles available in some locations.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations of the business
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage stock and inventory effectively
- Work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

- Experience in retail, supermarket or hospitality leadership
- A hands-on approach to leading and developing teams
- Resilience, adaptability and a community-minded attitude
- Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in remote Queensland living
