About The Role

As a Waterproofing Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. This position combines classroom‑based training with hands‑on workplace delivery, ensuring learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. You’ll work closely with students to develop their skills in applying waterproofing systems across a variety of settings, including bathrooms, planter boxes, and other membrane applications.

This is a dynamic role that involves travelling to worksites to provide on‑the‑job training and assessment, helping learners meet industry standards in real‑world environments. To support your mobility and effectiveness, a fully equipped trade vehicle will be supplied.

You’ll be part of a supportive training team committed to maintaining high‑quality outcomes and compliance with national training standards. Your expertise will help learners achieve their qualifications and succeed in the construction industry.

- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (Mandatory)

- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (Desirable)

- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
