About the Role:
As a Room Leader you will oversee the day to day running of the room in our beautiful service. This is a key role in the leadership of the centre with an emphasis on creativity and reflection and the ability to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve the practices of the room. Providing the highest level of care and education is critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Lead a team of educators ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for our children
- Create magic moments for children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Motivate and support a team of educators to exceed our quality expectations across curriculum and documentation
- Build a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice
- Bring a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do
- Ensure your room is safe, welcoming and a space that children, educators and parents want to be in

You will also require to have:
-ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain them
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to undertake the course

Competitive hourly rate of $34.54–$36.50, based on qualifications and experience.
