Care Assistants Role

We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our casual pool to work across our 5 Aged Care facilities in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to gain further experience in a great team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families.
  • Deliver person centered care to residents in our facilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality associated with documentation and communications.
  • Adhere to Aged Care Standards.
  • Work as an effective team member.
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement).
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately document residents care/progress.
