About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a key business project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, purpose‑driven environment where your work makes a tangible impact.

What you’ll do

- Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights on user behaviour, content effectiveness, and platform usage.

- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and prepare reports for project governance.

- Manage platform updates, including content uploads and pricing changes.

- Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and marketing vendors.

- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams including marketing, finance, support, and learning.

- Oversee invoicing processes and revenue reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team.

- Provide day‑to‑day project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Support continuous improvement efforts and take on additional tasks as directed by the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives.

- Work closely with and report day‑to‑day to the Project Lead on key deliverables.

About you

- Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Education, Project Management, or related field.

- At least two (2) years’ experience in a project support or project coordination role.

- Strong attention to detail, able to prioritise and deliver at pace.

- Experience in managing partnerships – advantageous.
