Position Requirements

Old car knowledge with Ford and Holden from 1965 to 2000.

Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who:

- Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge

- Build effective customer relationships

- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up‑to‑date product information and knowledge

- Commit to providing genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers

- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role

- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates

The successful applicant will:

- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience

- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience

- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and can communicate in a technical and non‑technical manner

- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions‑focused with sound computer skills

- Be a proactive and driven team player who can also work independently

- Have flexible availability, hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)

- Be available to work and flexible to work other days if requested
