We are seeking an Enrolments Assistant to join our Enrolments team on a permanent part-time basis, four days per week during the term time (Monday - Thursday) plus five weeks during non-term time.

Reporting to the Head of Enrolments, the role is focused on proactively converting applications to confirmed enrolments, working closely and collaboratively with the Enrolments Team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Data entry
2. Application processing
3. Enquiry management
4. Supporting School Tours and promotional recruitment events such as Expos, Open Days, Discovery Tours, and School Presentations

The position covers enrolments for Prep to Year 12 and includes both day and boarding students across local, regional and international areas.

The successful applicant will be highly professional, flexible and open minded, a champion of change and continuous improvement. They will demonstrate:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive, energetic and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to children of all ages, and a warm, genuine communication style

Experience in a similar role in the education sector would be an advantage.
