About the role

- Sales Goals: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver top-notch service, aiming not only to meet but exceed sales targets.

- Energize the Atmosphere: Bring a dynamic energy into the store, making every customer/'s visit an enjoyable and memorable one.

About the person

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in obtaining healthcare experience in a familiar retail setting. Successful applicants will posses the following:

- Retail Acumen: Proven background in a fast-paced retail setting.

- Optical Experience would be highly regarded.

- Communication: Your communication is direct and easy to understand, complemented by outstanding listening skills.

- People Savvy: You have the ability to connect with people, marked by approachability and empathy.

- Customer-Centric: You/'re passionate about delivering top-tier customer service in every interaction.

- Flexible Schedule: Your availability extends to late evenings and weekends.

- Software: Basic Excel and Math skills

- Hard Skills: Basic Excel and Math
