We are currently seeking a Senior Art Director to join our high-performing, close-knit team. The role involves leading and art directing world-class campaigns within music culture, with the ability to ideate, rationalize, and execute work from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a passion for groundbreaking design, understanding how great creative ideas come to life both physically and through communication channels.
This multifaceted role requires a passion for music, innovation, design, and culture, along with a drive to produce award-winning creative work. You will work with a prestigious client roster including BWS, Wild Turkey, American Express, and other culturally relevant brands.
Skills and Experience
1. Creative mindset: a design-led thinker capable of bringing ideas to life with flair, leveraging cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation.
2. Campaign mastery: ability to lead campaigns from concept to delivery across all touchpoints, including strategy, art direction, design, and execution.
3. Visual storytelling: skill in creating compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
4. User experience: understanding how audiences engage with digital and real-world experiences to drive fan engagement and purchase behavior.
5. Technical skills: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, creating pitch presentations, mock-ups, sketches, moodboards, and editing audiovisual content.
6. Collaboration: experience working with external production partners and freelance creatives to ensure high-quality outputs.
7. Communication: strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate creative solutions effectively.
8. Education: tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
9. Interpersonal skills: confident communicator, adaptable, relationship builder within the music industry, and team player.
