As Sales Manager – Distribution Channel, you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the highly engaged distribution footprint across the region
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners, wholesalers, and independent trade outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth within the distribution segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and supply chain optimisation.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within building products, industrial supplies, or trade hardware distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing distribution channels
- You will be highly regarded if you have technical expertise across the fixings & fasteners or industrial supplies products market.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to travel with the role as and when required.
