Our client, a leading ASX-listed enterprise, is undergoing a major digital transformation - migrating from SAP ECC6 to S/4 HANA across multiple business streams. As part of this enterprise-wide program, they are looking for an experienced Change Manager with SAP S/4HANA transformation experience to lead Asset Management (EAM) change initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition across critical systems, working closely with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business impacts

- Lead and deliver Change Impact Assessments and detailed Change Plans

- Ensure alignment across project streams in a complex, fast-paced environment

- Roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on role where attention to detail matters

- Drive engagement, adoption, and readiness across diverse teams

What You’ll Bring

- Proven success in Change Management for S/4 HANA transformations, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

- Strong ability to translate technical change into meaningful business impacts

- Proactive, autonomous work style with sharp stakeholder engagement skills

- Exceptional communication – written, verbal, and interpersonal

The Offer

- Contract: 12 months (high likelihood of extension)

- Rate: $1,000–$1,200/day (including super, depending on experience)

- Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
