Based in Perth the Underground Mining Mechanical Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mining projects, leading FEL 1, 2, and 3 (Concept, Prefeasibility, and Feasibility) phases through a structured and dynamic management process. From contextualising the project to setup, execution, evaluation, and close-out, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that make a real impact.

As the successful candidate, you will:

You bring to the role:

You hold a degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering and bring 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in multi‑disciplinary project environments, with a strong foundation in underground mining. Your advanced safety awareness and ability to lead cross‑functional teams set you apart, while your commercial acumen and business development skills enable you to identify opportunities and deliver value. You have hands‑on experience across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces, and you thrive in complex project settings. With exceptional communication skills and a client‑focused mindset, you build trust and foster collaboration, ensuring successful outcomes for both the business and our clients.
