Christmas Casual - Chadstone Concept Store
We are on the lookout for a Retail Professional to join our Chadstone Performance Concept Store in VIC on a CASUAL basis.
This particular role requires availability to work both weekdays and weekend days over the Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours
To be considered for the role you will need availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application and be sure to let us know of any planned leave during this time.
