Role Summary:
As the Senior Designer | Electrical, you'll play a key role in elevating ADP's market presence and project portfolio. You'll lead design efforts, coordinate with project teams, and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in all phases of design. Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex projects, driving innovation, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality results that contribute to ADP's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit ADP's current BIM practices and report on sensible areas of investment and training.
2. Create detailed models and drawings using BIM Software for Electrical Engineering Projects.
3. Work with the Discipline and Project Leads to implement changes.
4. Develop ADP's Modelling staff mentoring BIM Team Cadets.

What We're Looking For:

1. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering digital BIM services for Building Services Consultancy firms.
2. 8+ years of experience as a BIM Designer or in a similar role within the Building Services Engineering industry.
3. Proficient in BIM Software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar programs for effective modelling and drafting.
4. Solid understanding of relevant Standards and Building Codes.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines including colleagues and clients.
