About the role

- Partner with senior leadership and the wider team to navigate complex legal and regulatory issues in the electricity and renewables sector. Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on energy, electricity, and renewables law, including compliance with the National Electricity Rules and relevant regulatory frameworks.

- Drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements, including EPC, O&M, PPA, and project financing contracts.

- Supporting project development, acquisitions, and joint ventures across solar, battery, and hybrid energy projects.

The ideal candidate

- 7+ years PQE with expertise in electricity, energy projects, and renewables.

- Coming out of private practice and/or INH

- Experienced in drafting and negotiating project, infrastructure, or energy contracts.

- Commercially astute with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.

- Confident working autonomously while also collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

- Motivated to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming the energy landscape.
