What You'll Be Doing:

- Create genuine connections with customers and help them find products they love

- Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm to drive sales

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

- Process stock deliveries and keep the store looking fresh and full

- Operate registers with speed and accuracy

- Work as part of a high-performing team to meet store targets

- Follow safety and operational procedures to keep things running smoothly

- Take part in training and coaching to sharpen your skills

What We're Looking For:

- A love for retail, fashion, or sport-and a great attitude

- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and key trading days (including Boxing Day & New Year's)

- Reliability, energy, and a willingness to learn

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
