- Provide accurate, timely financial insights to support management reporting and decision-making.

- Mentor and support direct reports and act as delegate for the Financial Reporting Manager when required.

- Contribute to budgeting, strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support environmental and sustainability reporting requirements.

About You

You are a technically confident, detail-focused accounting professional with strong judgement and a continuous improvement mindset. You bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CA or CPA qualification.

- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial or chartered environment (Big 4 highly regarded).

- Strong technical accounting capability, including IFRS and multi-entity reporting.

- Proven experience delivering month-end, year-end and audit processes.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

- The ability to mentor others and step into a senior leadership role.

Experience with TM1, SQL or financial modelling will be well regarded.

Why Join William Adams

- A senior, trusted role within a large, complex and well-established organisation.

- Exposure to group reporting, international entities and external audits.

- A culture that values quality, integrity and continuous improvement.

- Opportunities to influence systems, controls and reporting practices.
