Sherdon Harvesting is a family operated business that rewards its loyal and hard working employees. We are a harvesting business that uses John Deere Harvesters and Cantrell Cane Transporters to cut approximately 275,000 tonnes of cane annually.

Reporting to: Harvesting Manager

Salary: $33 to $35 per hour depending upon skill level

Hours: 38 hours per week

Main Duties

* operation of Cane Haulage Equipment starting with the planting season in March through to finishing the harvesting season at the end of December
* daily servicing and general maintenance of machinery

*Ability to complete tasks effectively and on time
*Be of neat and tidy appearance with good personal hygiene
*Be a non smoker
*Be physically fit and able to perform all tasks required
