We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven leader to join the team at our Lorna Jane Fountain Gate as an Assistant Store Manager.

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, leadership skills and the ability to drive sales and provide amazing customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Leader in delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing the team, and executing operational excellence to achieve store targets and KPIs.

Day in the Life

- Drive business performance by supporting sales and the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

- Develop your team by coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and foster future leaders.

- Lead operational excellence by supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store.

- Engage the team by communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.

- Champion the Lorna Jane brand by engaging with the local active community to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
