UTS College are looking for a passionate and strategic Manager, Domestic Student Recruitment to lead our domestic recruitment efforts and inspire future Australian students to choose UTS College as their launch pad.

Reporting into the Executive Director, Future Students, you will lead and execute a forward-thinking recruitment strategy working to build a high quality, diverse enrolment pipeline. You’ll use market insights, brand leadership and a foundation of relationships to elevate and promote the UTS College presence across NSW and beyond.

Responsibilities

- Drive growth through data-informed decision making and creative engagement strategies with marketing

- Strengthen relationships with schools, UTS colleagues, partners and within the higher education sector

- Champion the UTS College brand, vision and strategy to inspire students to realise a future with us

Role responsibilities

- Lead and deliver the domestic student recruitment strategy, positioning UTS College as the provider of choice for pathway students across NSW

- Use market insights and sector trends to shape messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies that drive enrolments

- Build and nurture strong partnerships with schools, career advisers, and sector stakeholders to expand our reach and reputation

- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. Contribute to strategic planning and performance goals, ensuring a seamless, student-focused recruitment experience

About you

You will have:

- Extensive experience (7+ years) in account management, business development, or student recruitment. A relevant degree (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded). Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to turn data and insights into action.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with proven success influencing diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of the school and higher education sectors, ideally within the pathways or domestic recruitment space.

- Willingness to travel (in-state/inter-state) and when required.
