The Opportunity

The Inventory Controller will ensure the accuracy of finished goods warehouse inventory across all sites. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ensuring data integrity using SAP, supporting import requirements, and participating in site leadership in line with our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan inventory placement based on supply forecasts.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to adhere to inventory control measures, ensuring supply continuity.

3. Develop reports to monitor and analyze stock levels.

4. Lead inventory routines at the site level.

5. Monitor compliance with inventory policies.

6. Maintain inventory processes, including alcohol management for a bonded facility.

7. Support key site projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience in an Inventory Control role within a medium to large organization, preferably FMCG.

- Knowledge of inventory management principles and optimization.

- Understanding of warehouse operations and MHE equipment.

- Strong SAP skills, including SAP warehouse management systems and SAP APO.

- Relevant qualifications (Diploma or Certificate IV in accounting or related field) are highly desirable.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
