This is your chance to work with world-class technology and make a real impact on safety and innovation.**This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.****What You’ll Do*** Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services teams to provide timely, high-quality technical support across ANZ* Guide customers on design criteria, tools, and software for optimal system performance* Build deep technical expertise in Johnson Controls Fire Detection products* Support customer development through training and product promotion* Prepare accurate quotations for systems, upgrades, and custom build-to-order solutions* Assist customers with programming new and existing Vigilant and Simplex systems* Review product quality and warranty cases to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering* Strong knowledge of Fire Detection products and/or low-voltage applications* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Advanced PC literacy and IT knowledge (current and legacy systems)* Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset* Collaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow* Current driver’s license**Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.***Please note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.** Competitive salary package* Comprehensive training and mentorship* A positive, inclusive team culture* Clear career development pathways with a global leaderFor a confidential discussion, contact **Janis Sotelo** at **+64 27 406 7974** or **janis.sotelo@jci.com**.#LI-JS4Your buildings have a purpose.
