- Fully qualified with 10+ years of hands-on experience in the trade - you've truly honed your skills
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry - you're always informed and ahead of the game

- Strong work ethic with a determination to exceed your goals.
- Possess a current full driver's license.
- Able to work independently – self-reliant and thrive without supervision.
- Expert at planning jobs to optimise efficiency.
- Keen eye for detail – identifying opportunities for additional work during diagnostics and recommending them to clients.
- Available Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Gain valuable experience and grow through hands-on training with management.
- Take responsibility for servicing, repairing, and maintaining both new and used vehicles – no two days are the same
- Step up to manage the front desk when needed and provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues like a true expert.
- Ensure top-quality workmanship on every vehicle you work on.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on all dealership products and services.
- Follow the correct procedures and standards when performing warranty work.
- Keep workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, ensuring every detail of the work is documented.
- Always follow workplace health and safety policies – your safety and the team's is the top priority
